CoachGrid Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: 21 September 2026

Version 2026-09-v1. Official English text.

This policy applies to payments collected directly by Benny.Q IT AND MARKETING through CoachGrid unless a checkout page clearly identifies another seller or a different product-specific policy.

1. Current Payment Model

CoachGrid's initial Cambodia payment model is based primarily on one-time purchases and manually initiated renewals.

Customers are not automatically charged again unless a future product clearly states that it includes recurring billing and the customer expressly accepts that arrangement.

2. Digital AI Credit Purchases

Live AI credits are digital usage units.

Once a credit purchase has been successfully paid and credited to the user's account, the purchase is considered delivered.

A customer may request review of a transaction where:

  • The customer was charged more than once for the same purchase
  • CoachGrid confirmed payment but failed to deliver the purchased credits
  • The incorrect amount was charged
  • A verified technical payment error occurred
  • A refund is required by applicable law

Credits already materially consumed may not normally be refundable for a simple change of mind, except where required by law.

3. Future Memberships or Access Products

Where CoachGrid offers time-based access, membership or subscription products, the applicable duration, renewal method and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase.

For manually renewed products:

  • No automatic charge occurs at the end of the access period
  • The customer chooses whether to purchase another period

If recurring billing is introduced later:

  • The recurring nature will be clearly disclosed
  • The customer will be given an appropriate cancellation process
  • Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than automatically refunding a period already used

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Customers should contact CoachGrid if they believe:

  • A payment was duplicated
  • The wrong amount was charged
  • Payment succeeded but the purchased entitlement was not delivered

CoachGrid may review transaction and provider records before approving a refund.

5. Services Not Delivered

A refund may be approved where a paid CoachGrid service cannot be delivered because of a confirmed CoachGrid technical failure and CoachGrid cannot reasonably provide the purchased service.

6. Change of Mind

For digital content, digital access, AI credits or services that have already been delivered, activated or substantially used, change-of-mind refunds may be limited unless required by applicable law or specifically promised at checkout.

Where a service has not started or a digital entitlement has not been delivered, CoachGrid may approve a refund at its discretion.

7. Third-Party Services

Coaches, gyms, merchants or other third parties may independently provide services through or in connection with CoachGrid.

Where the seller is a third party, that seller's cancellation, return or refund policy may apply.

The seller identity and material transaction terms should be shown before payment where CoachGrid facilitates such a transaction.

Current CoachGrid Domain 1 payments are separate from client-to-coach, member-to-gym and customer-to-merchant transactions unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where supported.

Processing times may depend on:

  • ABA PayWay
  • The payment network
  • The customer's bank
  • The original payment method

CoachGrid cannot guarantee how quickly a third-party financial institution posts an approved refund.

9. Fraud and Abuse

CoachGrid may refuse a refund where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Fraud
  • Payment manipulation
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Deliberate misuse
  • Material breach of the Terms of Service

This does not override rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. How to Request a Refund

Contact: support@coachgrid.fit

Please include where possible:

  • CoachGrid account email
  • Transaction or order reference
  • Payment date
  • Amount
  • Currency
  • Reason for the request

Do not send full card details or passwords.

11. Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact CoachGrid first so we can investigate payment issues quickly.

This does not limit any rights a customer may have through ABA PayWay, their bank, payment network or applicable law.
